What technical requirements are needed to use the program?

The good news is that there are really no technical requirements at all. Since The Business Buyer Toolbox™ is an online application, as long as you have access to the Internet, you can utilize the program.

I'm confident that my initial subscription will cover the entire process for me and so I do not want to be billed again after it expires. Will I be billed again?

Your subscription does not automatically renew past your initial subscription so you need not worry about this at all.

I noticed that you also have a program called How To Buy A Good Business At A Great Price©. Is this the same thing as The Business Buyer Toolbox™?

These are all complimentary and not competitive to one another. How To Buy A Good Business At A Great Price© is a step-by-step educational guide that covers each step of the buying process. It provides you with the information you need to know, what to do, and how to do it. Plus, it includes ongoing personalized consulting. It has been around since 2001 and is sold in over 70 countries. It was the genesis by which The Business Buyer Toolbox™ was conceived.

The toolbox contains part of the information from the main course in its educational section however; it provides you with the ability to literally automate all of the tasks that you will have to perform throughout the buying process especially all of the time most people spend searching for the right business. Plus, it has an enhanced valuation section and an automated business plan feature. It is a very different tool and will undoubtedly help you.

We like to say that How To Buy A Good Business At A Great Price© will show you how to buy the right business and The Business Buyer Toolbox™ will do it for you. Most of our clients actually use both programs.

Is the program geared only for US business purchases?

Absolutely not! Our company has clients worldwide and the tools we provide are helpful to anyone thinking about buying a business. Moreover, the application is integrated with major business for sale websites throughout the world, or you can quickly enter relevant information manually and take advantage of all of the robust features contained within the application. The educational portion is most definitely applicable to international markets.

How long will it take me to feel comfortable using the application?

There's always a learning curve with any new software program but The Business Buyer Toolbox™ is really simple to follow. It has been designed to allow you to feel comfortable immediately and the tutorial and help functions within the application prove to be a huge support for our clients. We've included an example business, a very comprehensive and simple to follow introductory tutorial, and there is a Help icon on every page that explains all of the terms used, the functionality, and how to get the most out of the application. Once you go through the tutorial you will really feel comfortable with the entire application.

Is my information secure?

Our entire service is highly secure, designed to fully safeguard the privacy and security of your data. Who has access to my account information?

You are the only one who can access your data in the application. Our Customer Support Representatives cannot access any information that you have entered into The Business Buyer Toolbox™.  If you have a question and want our customer support representative to see the information you've entered, then you may wish to provide your password to them but that is up to you.  After which, you can easily change your own password.

Can I access my account from any computer?

Yes. As long as you have your secure id and password, just log on to the application, enter your unique information, and you're in.
